My blog on my Sashiko experience is now up on my s My blog on my Sashiko experience is now up on my site! I'm a complete beginner so if you've been wondering how you'd get on with sashiko but have held off on trying, this might be a helpful read for you! Plus I'll be linking all the resources I used to get started. <3

Head on over to my website to read!
Can't believe it's been THREE YEARS since I stared Can't believe it's been THREE YEARS since I stared my board game cover series with Calico. And I've still only done 5 games!

And they're all very... cozy pastel vibes. Which I love, but doesn't match the vibes of my board game room, which is dark green and black with more eldritch horror vibes.😂 (see last slide)

But a lot of those games are a bit complicated to translate into cross stitch. And I feel like the kind of people who cross stitch also love these more cozy games.

So prove me wrong. What's your favorite board game with a *dark* background and square cover you wish you could stitch?

Mine's Arkham/Eldritch Horror, but uh... I'ma have to work up to that. There's people on those covers and at that scale they'd be hilariously derpy looking I think. I need to improve my skills a bit more first. 😂

Maybe Betrayal? But would I do old cover or new?
Cthulhu Death May Die?

(But also feel free to just recommend games I should play rather than stitch!)

Artfight update! Kinda hit burnout last week, but Artfight update! Kinda hit burnout last week, but got some good attacks in before then! Including another stitchy attack. :)

I've been planning to attack Ribbon for years now and I finally did it. I just needed to find the perfect button head. 🤣 T'was hard scaling the cross stitch portion to the button, but I did my best.

I also of course continued my swirly pixel art nonsense with a cat, an Oiraon, and two Esks! Hoping to get back to attacking soon after my usual mid month burnout break.

First up... another cross stitch attack, I think. ;)

I recently spent some time organizing some of my c I recently spent some time organizing some of my craft supplies. I wasn't quite sure how to store materials for crafts I don't do very often but don't take up a ton of room. And I ended up finding these storage bins on Amazon.

There's two different size bins here. I like the bigger ones better though, even if they only fit two high instead of 3 and they leave a bit of empty space on my shelf. They just hold supplies better.

I also printed out labels for them! They're easier to read in person than on camera, I assure you. But now I've got a dedicated spot for things like Needle Felting, Book Binding, Papercraft, Clay, Resin, etc.

...and hopefully that means when I do go to use them, I can actually FIND my supplies, which was the problem I was having recently since they were all mixed together in various places across my office.

Where my other multicrafters at? How do YOU keep track of all your different craft supplies so that they're easy to find when needed?

Whether you're a bobbin person or a floss drop per Whether you're a bobbin person or a floss drop person, I've got you covered! I don't talk about my own products often enough, but if you're new around here: I sell stickers!

Whether you do cross stitch or just embroidery, I've taken the time to research and make sticker labels for TWELVE different embroidery thread brands (plus Mill Hill Beads!) so that you can easily label your threads. Plus I update them any time new threads are released!

I do have plans for lots more brands and even more sticker colors, but I probably not 'til next year due to other projects I have going.

Still, when I do, what would you like to see most? DMC Soft Matte? Gloriana Silks? Cottage Garden Threads? Dimensions? There's SO many different brands out there! So feel free to make suggestions. :)
