This month's cross stitch pattern is coming along! This month's cross stitch pattern is coming along! You can already tell I'm doing another plant-themed pattern, I think. But I bet you can't guess the plant/flower!
I posted the color palette last week if you need more of a hint. ;)

How interesting is this yellowy green though?

I haven't done many pendant necklaces recently. I I haven't done many pendant necklaces recently. I used to do a ton of them with the small sprites. They're pretty fun to make, but you can't fit very much in them without going up to at least 28 count fabric, so it can be a little tedious to stitch, even if I usually just do half stitches on 28 count.

I've got a tutorial up on my site on how I make these, if you've ever wanted to make your own. Small motifs are perfect for this!

What kinda stuff would be fun to do as pendant? Give us some ideas!

🎨 Pattern - Pokemon and AC Fossil are avilable free on my Ko-Fi. Others are available either on my Patreon or Etsy!
🧵 Threads - Stitched with DMC, Cosmo conversions
included in Pattern!
🎀 Fabric - Fossil is 14 ct Navy, rest are on 28 count evenweave in either 'Mushroom' or off white.

My Wyrmspan cross stitch pattern is now up on Etsy My Wyrmspan cross stitch pattern is now up on Etsy! Before you ask, there's no bundle price for the board game ones because I do have more planned! As to when I'll get to them... who knows. I've got entirely too many plans this year and not enough time to get to them all. 🙈 ... just like every year tbh.

It took me 2 years to get to the Wyrmspan cover. How long before I do Finspan? 🤔

🎨 Pattern - Currently available on both Patreon and Etsy!

included in Pattern!
🎀 Fabric - 28 Count white evenweave.
✂️ Finish - Stretched Canvas Tutorial on my website!

Swipe to zoom out --> I wanted to show this closeu Swipe to zoom out -->
I wanted to show this closeup of the only HAED I ever finished many years ago... Just to show how half stitches over 1 on 28 count can look pretty decent for a full coverage design. And it takes like, half the time to stitch it. 😂

You can see a few gaps in the closeup, because not all stitches will be perfect. But once you zoom out it all just blends together!

I don't do a lot of full coverage anymore (mainly due to lack of TIME), but this is definitely my go to for large projects like this. 👀

Here's what I ended up making with all the colors Here's what I ended up making with all the colors I've never designed with before. In case you missed the article/video, I put together a spreadsheet of all the colors that I have used over the last 10 years of designing cross stitch patterns, and then challenged myself to stitch with the colors I've never used in a pattern before.

...plus 310, because they were all very pastel and would've just melded together otherwise, lol.

How did I do? What would you have made with these colors?
I just wish I still had all of these as skeins rather than bobbins so I could do a proper thread bouquet.
